Please notify us within 3-4 days of your delivery date if your item is damaged or defected. We do a quality check on every single item that we ship out, if we've somehow over looked one and you would like to exchange the item please let us know. You have to send 3-4 pictures of the item you would like to exchange to email@example.com This process can take 2-3 weeks, but we are here to help you.
Your package is no longer our responsibility once it is handed off to The USPS. If your package is lost or stolen please inform USPS as soon as possible.
